Frederick J. Wagner is a Mediator and Attorney at Law who practices in the Houston/Galveston area. Mr. Wagner has previously worked for firms specializing in civil litigation, and has represented individuals, companies, and carriers in his practice. His areas of practice included: premises liability (premises defects, security claims, and third party contractor accidents); products liability (design, manufacturing and marketing defects); transportation related claims; and general negligence involving personal injury and wrongful death. He has also handled toxic tort claims (asbestos, silica and benzene), and bad faith suits concerning storm damage and UIM claims. Mr. Wagner received his certification as a mediator through the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center, and concentrates his mediation practice on civil disputes, using his years of litigation experience, evaluating liability, damages, potential jury verdicts and settlement values.
